Cafe 163, established in 2010, takes the "upscale diner" concept to the next level. We welcome residents and visitors to join us for breakfast & lunch every day of the week. Our spunky staff will give you the breakfast you’ve been craving, while you catch a glimpse into Edwards' local life. A full sensory affair, our menu revisits traditional favorites that we all know and love while featuring a few eclectic additions that will surely keep you coming back. Fluffy omelets and pancakes, Greek gyros and homemade falafel that will take you to the Mediterranean, and chilequiles that will knock your socks right off, are a few of the highlights.
